Terms & Conditions — ph73 Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the ph73 platform available at ph73.cam (hereinafter "ph73," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ph73 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use ph73. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. ph73 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ph73, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and is strictly enforced by ph73.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of your access.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by ph73 or any applicable regulatory body.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph73, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your genuine personal information, and not acting on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You have not previously had a ph73 account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

ph73 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Registration using false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph73 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph73 account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph73 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

ph73 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You agree that:

• You will not share your ph73 account credentials with any third party.
• You will not allow any other person to use your ph73 account to place wagers on your behalf.
• You will keep your registered email address, mobile number, and payment details current and accurate.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ph73 account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.

ph73 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Before closing an inactive account, ph73 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered player via email. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be subject to ph73's dormant account policy as communicated at the time of closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

ph73 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the deposit page within your ph73 account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph73 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided pending investigation.

ph73 does not charge fees on standard deposits made via GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer fees, if any, are determined by the issuing financial institution and are not within ph73's control. Deposits are generally credited to your ph73 balance instantly for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.

ph73 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by downtime or technical issues on the part of your payment service provider. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact ph73 support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from ph73 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. ph73 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request.

Required documents for KYC verification may include:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, or equivalent).
• Proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your name and number).
• A selfie holding your ID, if requested by the ph73 compliance team.

The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed in your ph73 account dashboard. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if: (a) the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have not been met; (b) the account has not completed KYC verification; (c) there is a pending investigation into the account for suspected fraud or Terms violation; or (d) the withdrawal request is flagged by ph73's anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions applicable across all ph73 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your ph73 account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.

• ph73 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall govern all account, payment, and conduct matters.

ph73 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by ph73 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, ph73 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph73 will not be liable for any losses attributed to technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph73 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph73 games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live casino variants.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from your bank or payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Upon account closure, ph73 will process the return of any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that is not subject to an ongoing investigation or legal hold. The timeline for such return will be communicated to the player at the time of closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

ph73's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph73 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph73 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that you maintain appropriate security software on your own devices when accessing ph73.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph73 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ph73 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph73 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph73 content without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy & Data

ph73 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ph73.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

ph73 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed service providers as required by applicable law or to operate the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ph73 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, both parties agree that such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to ph73's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

You agree that any cause of action arising from your use of ph73 must be commenced within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which such claim is permanently barred.
